I can't decide if I want it to look a bit warmer or not...

Thoughts?

I'm for warmer - on my (uncalibrated) monitor it looks like a cloudy, chilly day. Unless that's how you want it to look :)

Can't wait to see it... that's such a nice color. I have a shoot lined up for a red with black stripe 599 GTO. Just need to find the right location!

good stuff! your white balance looks a hair bluish on my crappy work laptop, anyone else notice that? it's hard for me to tell honestly. i tend to like pictures more on the yellow side of the WB slider personally tho

I will definitely look into this. But i agree that my shots are somewhat blue WB. I should start incorporating this into my PP, or rather ill try to set it correct on the shot. Ive been lazy with WB

well i usually shoot RAW. this allows for the most adjustment imo. if you'd like to set a custom WB there's an easy way. cut a styrofoam cup in half vertically and stick the bottom end over the lens of your camera so it acts like a lens cap. aim for something that gives you about 50% shadow and 50% light (the dark side of a building usually works if shooting up towards the sky). go to your menu and hit custom white balance then go to that picture and hit "OK". i did this in savannah a few years ago and it worked like a champ!

i will say that around here, WB of 5400-5700 is usually what i stick to in broad daylight, closer to 6k for "magic hour"
