Hey Anthony just wanted to make sure you received my core/handle return. Left at door Wednesday of last week thanks.
|
Do not take this as a complaint please but I did receive notification from
Fed ex that mine were picked up as well. Just advise on core refund. Again no attack here, just a simple question. Thanks Anthony. |

Delay is due to somebody starting a dispute on PayPal even after we had agreed on a full refund once I receive the handles back...it was filed the same day that person shipped the package off. Once that dispute is filed, PayPal automatically withdraws that amount from my account, thus puts me in the negative. I had to add funds back into my PayPal account to bring it back to positive, thus takes 3-5 business days delay. http://i.imgur.com/SywgAy7l.jpg?1 |

I had evo-r cf covers in the past, but kinda tacky since you can still see some silver parts from the handle. |

Along those lines, the reason I filed the dispute, despite your agreement, was your lack of follow through on all your other promises and commitments. You continually delayed completion and shipment of the handles and fell short on three different dates. Not to mention all the other complaints and comments on missed commitments and poor communication in the thread above. |

After inspecting the handles that I received back from you, I still see no major flaws on the finish. One thing I noticed was a residue on the finish which matches the bubblewrap, not sure what it is, but I'm sure it'll clean off with some polish. If you're complaining about a speck or two from dust, then Lol. You're paying $250 for somebody to disassemble the handle, machine two pieces, paint, and reassemble. The finish itself is better than Nissan and their orange peel finish. The clear itself is stronger and more resistant to chips than whatever Nissan is using. Oh have I never taken ownership of my delays? Read again. But I do not take ownership of the delays of the refund as my life isn't revolved around staying home waiting for packages to show up. If you had not had filed that dispute, all the core refunds would've went out on 8/22/16, including your full refund. |
It's funny how you keep making comparisons to other people's work, like Nissan or other shops, and making statements about how much people are getting for the $250, to justify whatever product you're delivering. It wasn't "a speck or two" on the handles. There were several "specks" and what looked like a deflated bubble in one. You even argued with me about it over PM and stated: "Is the imperfections even noticeable with the handles mounted and standing 2-3 ft away?" Then in an above post made some comment about solvent pop. To me it clearly sounds like you know the poor quality being sent out and just don't care. It wasn't even $250 work in my opinion. I've seen work for $150 from other shops on small parts that looked flawless. Going through you really just goes back to the core swap convenience.
I didn't state take ownership of the delays. You're quite vocal about that and telling people to leave you alone because you don't have time or have some other reason why not to deliver. I stated you should take ownership of your cash flow problem and issuing refunds. It's not my fault you don't have the proper funds. What it boils down to is simple. Either you have the time and attention to run a proper business or you don't. Sounds like you don't. If it's a hobby, then don't charge people, just do it for fun. But don't get defensive when people get upset that the handles they paid for a month ago arrived massively delayed and with subpar quality. As I stated before though, shame on me for expecting any different. Good news is I just received my new handles, side markers, emblems, and badges to have a professional local shop paint and do this the right way. |
Moving on.

I have been trying to PM you but no reply. You totally made me miss my deadline and didn't bother to let me know when you know I need them. I was patient this whole time. Please refund my money asap! Still waiting on reply. I really don't want to blast you on the message board. But this whole process has just caused all sorts of delays and problems for me. I just wished you communicated better and your eta's are valid. Pretty disappointed right now with everything and I have been patient and understanding for many weeks. Please respond soon. Very frustrated! |

Now member equalme has been giving the opportunity to do this service for quite awhile with very little issues that I have been made aware of. Im sure he will address your needs. Please keep it to PM's before putting people on blast unless every single reasonable opportunity has been given. Totally understand the frustration but it's not like member equalme has totally been ignoring you from what I've seen. Hope that it all gets sorted out civilly. Trips. |

So unprofessional... |
Stop whining and move on.

:iagree:
Equalme has been very forthcoming about the fact that this isn't his main job and that he is unable to provide the level of customer service that a full shop can provide. But he is keen to make sure the finish is perfect for shipping, and he is quick to offer refunds for unsatisfied customers even though most of them just seem to be impatient tools who didn't do their research first. I would not hesitate to use his service, but I would go in knowing that delays are very possible and that the final product will be top notch. |

Not sure why you are protecting Beemaaz on this and coming at me. First, I am only posting my experience and issues I had with the order. I believe everyone has the right to know what goes on in this botched transaction. I'm not knocking on his quality work that you guys speak of, since I didn't even have the chance to check it out. Second, I did read the entire thread before I considered placing an order. I provided him adequate time to fulfill the order. This is after him PMing me saying he has a extra set waiting for me. However, when I replied it was gone already and he said "I'll have another set ready in week". Which I agreed to that is fine. Now it's after 7 weeks and a bunch of no replies. Third, You to be wonder where the hell is this order after about 7 weeks. Beemaaz told me to move on? how can I when I am short $400 without any product. I'm not here to pick fights with trolls. Just posting my experience and troubles with the order. |

I'm more concerned that he did not follow up with me and did not keep his word. Last message I receive from equalme is that he will have it done and shipped to me by 10/7 or 10/8 at the latest. I also noted to him that if he cannot ship it to me by that date to cancel my order. When I tried to follow up with him a few days before to see if he did ship the item out already. This is when there is no more communication from him. So I posted on the forum to get his attention and now here we are. So I have been understanding to extent but will not be taken a fool and lied to. |

Speaking from experience as someone that missed the paypal dispute deadline, Anthony will make it right; It might take until the weather is warm again, but he'll get you your goods.
Just ... don't miss the dispute deadline if he does go cold turkey..:inoutroflpuke: edit: forgot to add he's really busy at times... so his replies will vary vastly week to week. |
