is it possible with basic tools and ride on ramps? Or am i better off taking it to a shop because of problems with bolts breaking?

the only bolts that will give you the biggest headache is the daemon bolts as they call it here..
Bolt header to cats are the worst then the rest it shouldn't be a problem.

as for tools , you don't need any specialized tools and yes you can do it with jack stand. This is what I've been doing for years without a lift.

you might want to take a look at those DIY header install

Don't touch the demon bolt. Take the header and cat out as one. Losen the two nuts on the motor mounts and tranny mount and lift the engine with a jack. Don't touch the steering shaft either. It would take half the time with a buddy getting tools so you can stay under the car.

got 2 PM since the last time I posted and still no sale !

Read those answer that I keep getting question for.

- Yes they will come with 2x gasket 2.5''
- It comes with bolts to your X-pipe/Y-pipe/H-pipe
- You can re-use your head to headers metal gasket.
- 3 mins of your time to call PPE for a wire extension for their PPE LTH on the 370z, they sell it 26$ shipped in the 48states from what they told me in their email .
- No I didnt get any cell with it
- No you dont need a tune. but I recommend it to optimise your gain.
- It comes with a plug for the aftermarket sensor bung.
- Yes you can do it youself in the parking lot
- Takes 4-12 hours doing it depending on experience.
- I dont know your states law about if its legal or not.
- No I wont go lower than this
- No they arent rusted
- Yes its better than stock ! *in term of power add-on*
- Yes it can fit the Nismo 370z
- If I sell them, you will see an Update from me on the sale thread saying they are sold !
- First guy to give me the $$ with paypal gets it , no hold !!!
- Proper headers Heat wrap > coating. Im not reducing anymore the price because the coating is peeled with because of heat wrap.

oh,,, Bump !

so somebody sold his FI LTH , his asking price was 1200$ for a LTH that is not optimized to give better whp than the PPE got sold ???

It seem like people are more into brand name popular on the forum than to have better product that was not advertised here on the forum...

anyway still the same price and not sold

925$ shipped

If these didn't replace the Cat Convert I may be interested. I think that might cause me to fail the emissions here in the States not sure. Anyone? I am putting an Amuse R1 Titan CB on my car in May when it arrives. Wasn't planning on going all the way but if I will still pass emissions with this on my Z I may be interested.

I give you that point no problem,

but its not like a year of usage is degrading the Stainless Steel pipe , the peeling of the coating on those does not affect the SS integrity.
Its not like its apparent from outside the car anyway...

but again we dont have the same opinions on buying parts...
for les money he could have got a better optimised headers but if peoples want a popular brand name from the forum.. go ahead

your point is still valid
