Maybe we can strike a deal though I have a strong feeling the Wife might stomp that in to the ground... At least till my end of contract bonus and tax return hit next month and we have everything in the house done, GTM paid for and cash to burn GL on your sale, though in reality, I hope it doesn't sell so I can snatch em up later lol.
