I've been scammed before from shitheads like this. I hunted the guy down for a month and then found out the guy's father has a store and frequents a forum. I paid a visit to him there and showed him that his son was scamming tons of people.

Sure enough, I got my parts. I hope you catch this fucker and give him the *** whooping of his life.

Are you freaking kidding me? A well known long time member(Nitrous Z34) decides to make a "2nd" fake account. Then scam money from other members with the 2nd account?? for what? to mod his car? What the F is this? Is this some kind of sick joke? You're taking hard working money that people have earned by working countless hours at the job.

Here's what I'm going to offer you (and I know you will check this thread tomm 6/15/13): You need to make things right with the members you have scammed. Refund their money and perhaps we may forgive you and you MAY be able to save your username (NitrousZ34) and all posts/threads etc. You can't scam people and think that you'll be part of this forum -- that's absurd. We have had scammers (in past) literally BEG me/us bc members of the forum took stand and showed up to their door with law enforcement officers - I'm just saying. You need to come back to your senses. People know who you are and where you live. Refund the poor members their money. People makes mistakes or poor decisions and most of the time I'm the one that forgives them. So here, I'm giving you a 2nd chance to make things right. It's your turn now.

Ever stop to think how many bank accounts you can add to a PP account and how many young people don't even have a debit card? Next time take a step back before jumping to conclusions. I text a member here pretty damn often, he knows a lot about me. I don't have time to do that shít like that. I'm young and dumb? Obviously I was smart enough to work hard for something I wanted and was able to pay for a 370z with cash. And I need money to mod my car??? I'm not rich or anything but I certainly don't need money. I have never been in trouble with the law in my life, and never plan on it.

I did just reply to your pm. I'm going to say here what I pretty much replied to your pm. Don't take it the wrong way as I never said you were poor or need money to mod your car. But when your s/n is involved in scamming, you MUST take FULL responsibility for that. I explained to you in the PM WHY I singled you out.

Now still, if you're going to tell me it's not you, it's someone else -- okay that's fine. I'll take your word. You've let another person use your s/n even though it only takes 30 seconds to create a new account (not to mention it's against forum rules to let other people use your account) BUT I'm still letting it all slide. I'm focusing on the main issue here. There were real people, who are THE370Z member(s) that, were scammed here. These members paid you (or whoever used your computer) their hard earned money.

It doesn't matter who did what, it doesn't matter who F'ed up, it doesn't matter what happened, it's time to own up and make things right. If its your friend who did the scamming, it's YOUR JOB to get your scumbag friend to APOLOGIZE to both of these members and refund their money to the last penny. THERE'S NO EXCEPTION. You're going to get your friend to refund these two members their money. How would you feel if YOU were scammed $150 or $300? Your friend know what he did and he knows it's not right. He is taking you down and making you look bad. Get him to apologize for what he did and have him refund both of these members money. That's my final word to you. I will not ban you or the other account. I want you guys to see what I'm saying or the members are saying. You need to open your eyes, stand up against your friend and have him DO THE RIGHT THING.

This is what it came down to when I got scammed by djsekz, we basically told him "look, you have 24 hours to refund my money or I will show up at your front door tomorrow with 5 other guys and we will take the money". My wife is a flight attendant, I fly for free on Airtran, Southwest, and Delta hahaha. Go ahead and think I can't come from Florida to California in 6 hours. To whoever the scammer is, you better wise up man. I have yet to see someone actually get away with the money for good on this forum. Just quietly refund it and move on.
