They would need the license report so they could enable Osiris standard on the cable, normal cipher cables don't have the flash utility. I'm thinking that they need the ecu

They would need the license report so they could enable Osiris standard on the cable, normal cipher cables don't have the flash utility. I'm thinking that they need the ecu part # so that they can send you the back to stock rom, but that only returns the osiris license to the cable, it doesn't save the tune file anywhere... did they say anything else? Because to the best of my knowledge it isn't possible.
