Yes they are new still in the plastic and have the protective plastic on them.

I'm surprised Jay Lethal didn't get them.. his job is to monitor all threads for the government 24-7..

It's OK Jay- you should drop the $100 on some Polk DB6501's at (your favorite store and mine A**zon) and install yourself over the weekend. WAY better ROI and an easy DIY!
