Shouldn't. Your Nismo should have the same interior/ dash set-up as a base 370.

I could've sworn I asked this in May and everyone said it wouldn't work in my Nismo.... Oh well I got a badass head unit that matches factory colors for half the price

Still want this thing though.... lol

The question was if the dash had to be modified for it to fit, which it doesn't. You probably asked if you could just switch out the HU without using the amps, and that, of course, woundn't work.
