It is a paid upgrade: Pioneer USA - CNSD-110FM - 2010 Map and GUI interface upgrade for AVIC-Z110BT
Basically the Z110 with this upgrade is a Z120, they both run the same hardware and Pioneer released a full upgrade for the 110 owners.
