Seriously though, don't get too bent out of shape. They're purely cosmetic.

Purely cosmetic unless you are building a custom intake.

The HPS hoses look very similar to the Cobb hoses.

Yep, and they come with t-bolt clamps as well. COBB inlet tubes don't come with anything.

Honestly, I'd rather they come with heavy-duty band clamps (not the worm kind). Cleaner and less bulky than t-bolt clamps that aren't at all necessary on a NA engine.

Plus HPS is better quality. I've had both brands of coupler/inlet tube on other cars.

And there is a dyno graph from an '09 G37 showing some measurable gains.

Anyway, I'm done with my $0.02. Just trying to help out the OP since the COBB tubes are likely no longer available. The only other place I'd suggest checking is RallySport Direct here in Utah - they have a LOT of stuff in stock.

Be sure to post something up about installing these if you do. They look legit, but I love hearing other's opinions.

Additionally, it's nice to know there is another option out there. I didn't want to have to spend the cash right now, but was feeling COBB was forcing me into it by ceasing production.

Not much to say. They are a pretty easy install. You just loosen the stock hose clamps, pinch the crimp clamps on the accessory hoses that plug into the stock tubes with some pliers when removing, and then slip them in place. It probably takes less than 15 minutes.

As for gains, I think they're purely hypothetical and the butt dyno senses no change. There is no sound difference either. Consider it a purely cosmetic mod.
