I reckon on about 5-10 at the wheels and about th esame in TRQ, TBH, its about the drivability, my vehicle shunts well from any RPM in any gear, the throttle rework makes it much better on the street, fuel is spot on where I want to be.
My own maps are not super aggressive but smooth and shunty. The AAM map is also pretty decent. Its handy to have for logging and instant viewing of engine paremters etc etc.
