Paid for an FI exhaust non res Nov 18. Guy said he's gonna ship it next day. I msg him and everyday he says next day he'll do it. Still nothing. I told him if he's not gonna ship it tomorrow then I want a refund. Am I being unfair or do we have a potential scammer here?

If they don't ship it out within a week and have no contact, I would file a report. It's nerve-racking but you have to keep on it. Some people aren't so enthusiastic to tend to your needs when they already have your money

yea he hasn't disappeared 100% yet. replies once a day saying he's busy or still at work. I asked him for a refund I don't need to deal with this **** right now

That sounds like a scammer. I would file a PayPal claim :twocents:

I filed a claim, nothing's happening so far. I can escalate it in a couple of days.

problem is, with this kind of people they can ship you a box full of rock and garbage and I have to drive an hour and a half to cross the border to receive my box of rock :shakes head:

This guy is talking sh!t out his mouth, when has anyone ever CALLED PAYPAL? Any issues I have had and anyone I know deals with them via computer/emails not phone calls.

It's the best way of dealing with them when you're definitely right.
