I filed a claim, nothing's happening so far. I can escalate it in a couple of days.

now he says he'll ship it whenever he wants. he's not gonna refund me and he's called paypal. He said: "Lol I called PayPal .. So do what you want. Please file a claim"

problem is, with this kind of people they can ship you a box full of rock and garbage and I have to drive an hour and a half to cross the border to receive my box of rock

This guy is talking sh!t out his mouth, when has anyone ever CALLED PAYPAL? Any issues I have had and anyone I know deals with them via computer/emails not phone calls.

It's the best way of dealing with them when you're definitely right.

That's why i only choose to buy things for a certain amount on here, couple hundred bucks max for me. I really hate when people get your money and then talk shiit, be better off buying new from a reputable dealer then to deal with this BS!!!
