To me it looks like it was opened before delivery.

Haven't texted/spoke since Saturday, that was him saying UPS is gonna come look at the package. I have been waiting ever since then. He said UPS will come look Monday and haven't heard a thing. He won't refund me unless UPS refunds him. I tried contacting him and getting no luck at all.

This thing was packaged in saran wrap too, thats kitchen saran wrap to seal it, not tape. There was absolutely no cushioning throughout the box.

Don't mean to make you feel bad but I would have refused it the minute I saw some ******** like that especially on a large fragile item. That's Horrible.

I tried, UPS guy told me that i have to pay for return shipping if i refuse it.

I think that's a crock too. If you refuse delivery you aren't obligated to pay anything especially damaged. He was feeding you a some bull cookies to get you to accept it

Just for future reference, have the UPS guy sign on your shipping slip that the item was received damaged and have a picture taken with the UPS guy and the damaged goods. Now it's your word against his.

I've even made them wait around for me to open a damaged box to inspect the contents. If it's not acceptable, I just tell the delivery driver that I am refusing the package because of damage. If they say anything about paying them, tell them to bill you. They won't.
