Yes, yes and yes lol! Well to be honest I do not know the exact offset. I can tell you with a 10 mm spacer on the front the wheels fit perfectly. Flush with wheel wells, no need to run any wild camber to clear any rubbing. Tires do come with the wheels, that’s why I think this is a good deal! I will also ship them with this price which will be very expensive Because they are mounted and balanced. I would bet it will cost me $250! I can also meet within a reasonable distance of Huntington WV.
