[FOR SALE] new/unboxed Fast Intentions Exhaust & OEM Intake

It's been a great 4 years since I've owned my 370Z. Sadly, a tragic accident took her away from me the past Friday night... Thanks to Nissan engineers, my gf and I were able to walk away safe despite the fact that we rolled twice...

I want to thank Kevin from Fast Intentions on assisting me with my exhaust purchase. He was very patient and explained all the different combinations on sound and performance improvement. However, I no longer can install it since my Z is declared totaled by insurance. To make the matter worse, I've just received the exhaust today (Tuesday the 6th) which is 3 days after my accident. I'm sad that I haven't got the chance try out this amazing exhaust myself...

So I am putting the following items on sell in honor of my Z:
1. Fast Intentions TDX Cat Back Exhaust Sold to Kghips 10/15/2015
Configuration: Polished Stainless Steel Mufflers, 18" Resonated X Pipe
2. OEM Intake system Sold to Blackknight 10/10/2015
I swapped out with STILLEN G3 CAI, the OEM intake has about 30K miles
3. 2011 370Z Owner's Manual with Case and CD $45
Items included: Owner's Manual, Quick Reference Guide, Quick Reference Guide CD, Service and Maintenance Guide, Warranty Information Booklet, Supplement to Warranty Information Booklet & Owner's Manual.

Yes I am selling the exhaust as full price compares to FI's official website (you do save on tax and shipping charge). However, it is new and unboxed (I haven't opened the box to take out my invoice yet). Furthermore, instead of the 9 to 12 weeks wait time you can get it now.

As of now I prefer local buyer first, but I will consider shipping if I still have it toward middle of the month. Will ship. However, shipping and PayPal will be at the buyer's cost. I lived in the south Bay Area and you are welcome to take a look at the exhaust if you are good with the price. I can attest that we shipped exhaust system #1242 on 10/2/2015 and it was built as a 370Z TDX Cat Back Exhaust System w/ Polished Mufflers & 18" Resonators.

Probably a silly question but I'm wondering if it is possible to return your exhaust to FI for a refund? I'm sure there is a long line of people waiting for their order.

Hi Zbrah, good question. The first thing I did was to get in touch with Kevin at Fast Intentions regarding the possibility of returning the exhaust. Sadly my exhaust had left the FI facility 6 hours prior to my accident. Since the exhaust has already shipped, the order can no longer be canceled (if the order hasn't left FI facility, buyer can cancel the order. However the initial $300 deposit is non-refundable). Kevin also explained to me that per their Return Policy, buyer has 30 days to return the Brand New exhaust (condition as never installed/modified or run on a vehicle). But I will be charged with 25% restocking fee plus the return shipping. Therefore, Kevin and I both agree it'll be better to sell it on the forum and he is very kind to help me validate my purchase as original from Fast Intentions under this thread.

I once sold a really nice helmet on ebay to a woman who was gifting it to her father. A day before I was to ship the helmet she emailed me to inform me that her father was killed on his motorcycle a day earlier and it would destroy the family to see the helmet show up in the mail. I usually don't give refunds but I didn't want to deal with this kind of karma and issued her money back minus ebay/paypal fees.

GLWS a great exhaust. Don't except low ball offers, it's in very high demand. I absolutely love mine.

Sorry to hear that kind of tragedy happened. I'm just thankful that I walked away no harm. and thank you for your suggestions Infidel. I am not gonna drop the price lower. I already have two buyers on the shipping waitlist. I just don't have the time nor car to get people quotes for shipping yet...
