You basically declare yourself free of paying taxes. and i know people who have gotten away with it for 10 plus years before one slight mistake in the paperwork, or change in legislation and then prison. Its all red tape. but enough red tape that they will eventually hang you with it. When I was working for ford, their was a guy who had done everything perfectly for 16 years without paying income tax. they came and got him because of an earmark on an bill regarding bridges. Sh1t is fvcked. but it is possible.
