Inside Line said they were pricing the Scion FR-S under $30,000 for the US Market. I don't know if that means well below $30k or around $30k.
Also, that black one above looks pretty cool/clean. That drop makes it look soo much better. The front almost looks like the Amuse Vestito bumper.

yeah i think that wording hints this thing will come in 26-27K with a few options... hopefully a 25K base.... then with nav and all that good stuff a bit more.... if high 20's thats a tough sale i think with 197hp... there really has been an explosion of affordable sports cars.... and you guys on here have even had to have the discussion of where the Z fits in as its honestly starting to fall a bit behind.....and then in comes a car thats knocking on 30Ks door with under 200hp?
i dunno if this thing is/was nicely equipped for 25K or even started below that .. it would be different but starting to hit that high 20's 30's mark puts its up there with the bigger boys ( literally) where there are some exciting choices... but then RX8 and S2000 were down on power going to be interesting to see how it goes over... i know this car isnt about going straight...but power sales... if this were even a 250hp car we were talking about with low 6 sec 0-60 its a no brainer... If sticker is under $25k then perhaps we could get a manual with an option or two for an invoice price of around $21-23k. Not too bad at that price range.

25K is still a little too much unless it comes well equipped. I was always hoping for closer to 22K. I do like the car though and intial reviews all seem very positive. I just hope they don't take forever to release EPA mpg and official U.S. specs and price.
