the problem with the Holden, is its over 100k for the car pre-built.
We chose not to use that for LVMPD because of the cost. And when there is a repair, we cant afford to have the downtime on the car while its being repaired - as opposed to me being able to go to the car, fix a light and send it out again. and of course, i'd have no job, hehe. The shifter is in the middle, thats a HUGE NO NO for a police car. HUGE! -edit- refering to the pre-built holdens (lights, siren, strobes, console, all come with the car). we are currently waiting for ford to send us their new RWD Taurus. set-up as a police package (similar to police interceptor). if all goes well, thats our new car, as the crown vic line is coming to an end soon.
