I have no idea why there is so much hate for the SS. I think its a great car, looks sexy and is fast. Most people will rag on it because they want to make themselves feel better I guess. Its probably one of the best bang for buck cars currently available. /rant Sorry if I offended the guy with the honda.....
LOL. Leaps and bounds over a 350z interior? Sorry the 350z interior is pretty good. At least better than that Camaro's interior.

not sure I agree with you. The dash in completely hard plastic, it rattles and creaks. I just have a enthusiast so no leather, but it looks good at night I guess. I mean the doors are one giant piece of plastic......

Nice Camaro idle sounds like crap that thing should of had a pair 3 chamber flowmasters now those are mufflers. My 240 will eat that Camaro for lunch. No comparison I know.

Its a choppy idle from very lope-y cam...not too many ways to make that sound better aside from totally opening the exhaust up. I know, I did it, and it sounded great....but it was also RIDICULOUSLY loud...

Oh, and like others have said - as soon as you slap a cam into LSX motors, its a new ballgame...and the larger the displacement, the better they take them too.

I think the numbers are impressive but the description reads "stage 2 cam" so take that into consideration. I think the Z could probably come close to +100 hp with fullt bolts ons + "stage 2" cams + tune.

The camaro is near 4000 lbs. 20 inch wheels look small on it. It looks too retro. But the motor is nice. I will not touch my 370 engine at all. I will leave it stock and drive it for 1-2 years and then put an LSX in it and have some real fun.

There is no such thing as "stage 2" on a Camaro, and the owner should be shot for saying it...

...also, seeing as the 370Z doesnt really use "cams" for the intake side of the house, have fun with that

Sorry I tend to agree! it seems they were trying to hard to impress to busy looking inside as well as the outside rear, the fronts ok though.

The interior looks so different from a stock picture I had. I remember there was like 4 gauges in front of the shifter and a glossier interior.

They just had an article on the Camaro in Hot Rod Magazine and they did full boltons baseline ss was making 375whp they had it hit just below 400whp with intake headers test pipes and exhaust with a tune, Then they added the spray and it made 500whp

Oh jesus, I just looked at that article.

GMPP Shorty headers? Also, the exhaust mods kept the stock cats, so dont know what you meant by test pipes...and a cheese GMPP intake kit, thats probably almost as effective as the crap-*** pop chargers for the 370.

Long story short, put some REAL bolt ons (long-tubes, HFC's or straight-through to a nice mandrel bent exhaust, and a better intake than that system), and you'll put some serious HP down.
