Its Understandable
C7 sales are up 150% over 2013 with a 6 month waiting list its expected, I remember during the C5 & C6 days of production,
 late in the year allotments of manuals got short & their would be a 5K premium on whats left. I’m waiting 24 to 36 months, after that if I still want one it will be considered.
