Yup! Feel free to check out MotorTrend's channel for their 1.17h Best Driver's Car comparison with all those same cars.

People love the Focus ST, but it does need a few mods from stock if you want to track it (what doesn't at that price anyway?!).

Ours is "stage 3" as Cobb calls it. Puts down 330 lb-ft to the wheels at something like 2,000 rpm. The giggle factor is high with that car.

If I had waited a year to get a new car and not gotten the Z this year, the ST would be high on my list for sure.

Yeah it's a cool car. Lots of fun to drive and very practical. We just took it on a trip this weekend and averaged 30-35 mpg on the highway depending on speed, can haul a bunch of crap, and still have fun when the roads get twisty or when we just want to put the pedal down. ST + Z make for a really good combo.

This. My ST replaced my Expedition, not my Z! I have an inkling that the Z will be replaced by a 2015 Mustang if they get it right (i.e. the wife agrees)
