considering trading my Nismo for this 5.0

Yeah, if it was a GT500, id be all over that. But since it isn't, it would be (IMO) a downgrade. Like going from a nismo to a regular Z. Or in your case, from a nismo to a regular mustang.

But hey, Whatever make you happy!

they told me id regret a 2 seater and till this day ive proved them all wrong

Your going to drive it, not us, so take the stang for a test drive and get a good feel for it.

take a ride around your area and just see how many mustangs are on the road around here every other car seems to be a mustang.in the end its still your choice.
