do you live in a state where the sales tax is offset by your trade? Sometimes it is easier to take less on a trade and just get it done.

do you live in a state where the sales tax is offset by your trade? Sometimes it is easier to take less on a trade and just get it done. Were that my car here in Georgia, with the sales tax offset, it would equal another 3500 on top of the 59000 in tax I wouldn't have to pay on the new car, which gets you closer to private sale price.
