with that car not only is he endangering himself, he will no doubt endanger other drivers. It's not even appreciation of value (which is an issue as well) but it's a matter of knowing the "feel" of a car. Im sorry if your first car is 600 hp you will not know how a car is suppose to feel in different situations. I seriously hope they do not get that car for him.
