Doesn't sound like much, but in drag racing, that's huge.

Then again, this is all paper racing, and both of those cars would smoke me in my Z.
Well, I wouldnt quite say THAT. Say, a 9.99 and a 10.49 for instance - that's huge.

But, a 14.5 and a 14.0? Not so much lol

These speeds, for sure there's a good bit of difference, but I wouldnt go so far as to say it's ginormous...

About .5 seconds worth of distance lol. Significant, but for 80 horsepower more and a live-axle? I'm not surprised...not to mention less bulk to get up to speed.

90 over 1320 isn't insignificant, especially when these cars are very much traction limited.

The trap delta is even more telling.

You're repeating what I said - it IS significant. But it's indicitive of the car's strengths over the Camaro. A lot more power, and a 300lbs less in bulk.

Are we all shocked or something? lol

It's also on less tire.

And I'm responding to this:

I think my definition of "huge" as far as gaps in timeslips in a drag race vary from yours.

0.5 seconds CAN be huge, but that is all relative - I suppose I was just saying that when I think of "huge", I think of the difference between 9.99 and 10.49. Not a low 12 and a high 11, when I was running those times in my old Camaro lol. I know what it takes to run them, because I've done it. And if 80 horsepower/300 pounds arent enough to motivate a good 0.5 seconds and 90 feet out of a car...

Maybe drag strip times in the 11's/12's just simply don't impress me anymore. *shrug*
