Meh. Mediocre dampers. If you want good get Koni Yellows. If you don't want any adjustment get Koni STR.T, but I'd recommend the Yellows.
For a spring, if you don't want crazy low but want a good rate get the Steeda Sport linear spring. Be careful and make sure you get the linear rate, they made a run of progressive before. Also, you'll want to get some good strut mounts (stock ones are crap). Steeda HD mounts are very good. Do yourself a favor and call Sam Strano (Stranoparts.com) when he gets back in town. He's a master of Mustang suspension stuff. I'm running Koni Yellows, Steeda Sport springs, Steeda HD strut mounts, and Fays 2 watts link with 275/35 PSS all around. The car is absolutely wicked.
