A BMW is not about straight-line speed, and neither is the 370Z. BMW's suspension is much more composed than the Z's, in their "sport" line. The gear-boxes are slicker, and the engines much more refined.
It's a different kind of vehicle, regardless of "raw" paper data. You are getting more than just "a badge" with the money you spend when you buy a BMW that gives comparable "paper numbers" to a Nissan product. |
