I'm going to get a measure of the person doing the job, assure myself that they know what they are doing, warn them over and over about those finisher pillars and that they are easy to crack and expensive as ****, bring them something to drink, go inside, and tell them to knock on the door when they are finished. I don't watch stuff like that because I am a Type A perfectionist with OCD, hypochondria, and I micro-manage.

How do I replace that trim if they crack it? Kenchan's link did not lead me to anything pre-painted.
