At 6:02, why does it have a Georgia license plate if it's in South Africa? Why does it have one at all? I was not aware that Porsche had operations

At 6:02, why does it have a Georgia license plate if it's in South Africa? Why does it have one at all? I was not aware that Porsche had operations in Ga? I heard rumors they were gonna do something with the old GM plant that shut down but I did not think it already happened
