Top end power and sound.
Look at NASCAR for a moment: On short tracks and road courses where they want as much torque as possible to power out of corners they usually run an H pipe configuration. On faster tracks where top-end power is the concern, they run an X. I prefer an X for sound; it's cleaner and more exotic if you couple it with the right mufflers (like mine). An H has more of a beefy tone. Either will sound good, IMO. You might remember my FRPP Sports from when I still had my stock H pipe.

i bought mine cause it was cheap, and at the time there was no off road h option...allot of people say they flow a little better for top end too, but lethal has dynos and they swear there is no difference from x to h...ive read both sides of the argument
