Well I'm glad I traded my Z in... it just had too much power for me.

And too much handling. It outhandles the Mustang by so much.

Remember at Zdayz when John was right on your bumper with his GoPro camera? You'd pull away in the straights, but he had you in every corner.

That's kinda funny. Car and Driver just did an article covering the best handling cars under $40,000 and it rated the mustang 3 of s6 and the Z 4 of 6.

Actually, I wrote them an angry email about that article. Not because I have hate for the stang or any other car in that comparison, but because I think they went too far in their negativity about the Z.

Like, ok, I get it, they hit limp mode and cooked the brakes, but Csaba said something like, "The 370z is simply not a good car." I mean, come on...

It was overboard.

And I've driven and ridden in 5/6 cars in that test. I'd stack the Z's handling up to any one of them. I'm not saying it's the best, but better than 4 imo.

Also, in the objective statistical results, the Z's stats were first and second across the board.

I think they over-stepped in the z criticisms too...but I put almost no stock in their opinions or results...so it doesn't matter.

I don't give a **** if stock brake pads don't hold up. If I track on stock pads, I deserve to hit a wall...then no mention of things like fuel starvation...sure, I pulled over 1g on my z autoXing...and then it wouldn't start to drive me home.

Yeah, brake pads and fluid... w/e. Though it is interesting that of all the cars, only the Z had issues on track. The others were fine. :/

And you're right about fuel starve...

I always forgot about it since it is not mentioned on here much, swapped out my tires and only completed one run... Dead on second run.

I dunno why the z was the only one with issues though... Wonder if they saw ice mode rather than fade?
