Honestly man, you might just want to save that money for school. College + medical school is going to be really expensive. Unless you already have a full ride. It would be better for you to finish school with $75k less in student loans than to finish school with what used to be a $75k sports car. I've got my tuition all covered by scholarships, so I didn't have to worry about that when I bought my car. It probably doesn't sound very appealing, but it would be the best use of that money for you.
