What's your favorite color for Lotus?

laser blue is VERY Monterey blue like. Looks really nice. However, I would drive this car with Ardent red.

No yellow. If I wanted that I'd pick up the used one at the dealership that's only $35k.

I'm not going to lie, I really like canyon red and isotope green. But the other colors are really nice. That liquid blue is so unique!

Now do i get the SC or a non-SC and go aftermarket? 220hp and a warranty or 280hp and none?

Hmm... depends on if you can afford to fix it out of warranty if your aftermarket SC breaks something.

Definitely not, but that Toyota engine is extremely durable. People are running in the 300+whp range for years without problems. Still, it's a scary thought.

Honestly, I hope they have that midnight dark blue still... I chose laser "pew pew pew" blue like everyone else but my third choice would be white or gunmetal all blacked out

Also, I say get the exige S with the SC'er. I know a few companies that replaced the sc'er with a turbo and were making over 400rwhp!!!! Talk about space ship!

Elise (with plenty of options) + Vision Function stage 1 supercharger + clutch upgrade = 280 WHP, $64k

Exige S240 = 180whp, $68k

From a 1.8L engine, I'm already uncomfortable with 280WHP. I can't imagine, or afford, 400! And when I consider this is my money I'm spending, I can't justify the extra bucks for the Exige. It's just too much money, and I won't be on a race track much. No point.
