The Z itself feels like overdoing it here. a nice DD from my experience is a megane coupé loved that car. nice room inside, nice trunk, nice MPG and a pretty good looking car. but then again I would probably pick the megane coupe RS instead of the normal one. |

Well, I test drove one today...
...and I won't be buying one. :p It's a great car, and I'd consider it a lot harder if this was a year ago, but I honestly didn't feel like it was that big of an improvement (over the Z). Sure, the power was there, but eehhh. It also doesn't help that, apparently, only 20 or so 2011s exist with the Brembo package in the NE. The only other thing I would want is the premium package with nothing else, and that also doesn't exist. I'd have to grab a fully loaded one or something and it isn't worth dropping $8-10k for me. Also, walking up the the 5.0 I felt the same as I did walking up to the Evo X. I knew it was a great car, I knew the potential -- but I just didn't feel anything. It felt like a car. Besides, driving the Z to the Land of Blue Ovals, I saw two 350s and they both flashed their lights at me. I'll take it as a sign. :p |

I had one want to race me the other day in my Jeep SRT-8. He had an exhaust and no telling what else. Well it wasnt enough. From a 60 roll I walked off and left him. I have to say I was really dissapointed. My Jeep is stock and weighs more... and is built to run from a dead stop. The problem with Mustangs are weight distribution and they are WAY too heavy. I would never consider buying one.... because there are already way too many of them out there.

You've got at least 1,000 lbs on the 3600 lb 5.0, and only 8 hp more. That was a funny joke! :rolleyes: |
