I am hoping to get some low end torque and try to get the supercharge to spin up a bit quicker. I figured, lighter flywheel would do the job... but have heard 3.9/4.08 gears on a quaife can also boost the fun factor.

I do occasional HSDE's... factory LSD is terrible with this charger kit
Looking at the performance prospective yes indeed the factory LSD leaves a lot to be desired. Upgrade your differential helps tremendously but you will eventually encounter traction issues with the gears unless you address your suspension and tires I’ve seen this more times than not. I recommend keeping your stock gears being F/I. Upgrading your differential is always recommended and should have came this way from the factory. If your 350Z is F/I then I would strongly recommend upgrading your clutch and flywheel first if your differential is still in working order. When I had my Vortech supercharged 350Z the first thing that went out was the clutch before I could even install a smaller pulley and upgrade the fuel system. I was fortunate my differential never gave out before I had the opportunity to upgrade it. How much power are you putting down and how do you use your 350Z? I’d start looking into a twin disc set up you would like to install.
