GT-R sold for over sticker???

no doubt the GT-R is a high performance car but if i had a budget of around $100k to spend on a car, i would spend it on an audi r8 instead because it looks like a supercar and it is available with a manual transmission too.

the only R8 you could get for that price would be the v8 (which is not a bad thing) that performs well sure enough, but isn't on the same level of performance as the GTR. and i bet the maint. costs are about the same or close. if that was the case and it was my money, i'd want the faster car. don't get me wrong tho, i LOVE the R8, it's gorgeous and has rewritten the book for sports car design (just look at how many cars are incorporating lots of LED's into the design of the headlights now). but it just can't compete with the output of the GTR... yes i am a GTR nutswinger lol

edit: although i do myself like rowing the grears of a true manual transmission, the GTR's transmission (remember it IS a REAL manual, just automated) is a great trans, despite the bad press it gets, and is a lot of fun to drive with (trust me

), especially on the track i'm sure
