A sporty car? Guess it depends on one's definition of sporty. Sounds like it would be a sporty grocery-getter to me. Ie, better performance than your average grocery-getter but still a grocery-getter.
A sports car? I don't think the Maxima fits in anyone's definition of sports car. Or at least anyone that I would listen to. ;) |

Not a sports car. And I'd take my 2008 Acura TL Type S anyday over a Maxima.

I think if the Maxima had a geared AT, I'd really consider one. I was opposed to the 8th gen styling but after driving a few of them I grew to like it. |

Sorry if you felt uncomfortable for my thread. I forgot to put a proper link. I love my 370Z and will never get it changed to any new Civic R, but I just got surprised after reading that article. ;) Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk |
I'll give it to Honda, they can make some good handling FWD cars.

In that Maxima's case, it has 300HP around so I believe the best CVT can cover it enough. It is just my thought. :) Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk |

Numbers aren't everything. I wonder just how well the auto shifts. How well does the car stick in corners. I imagine it's fwd bias?
No wagon option or manual... fail :( |
