It has gone through more revisions since its inception than I have gone through pairs of underwear. The 3.8 already gets worse fuel economy than a GT-R, I think Hyundai would be insane to introduce a V8 now with the 2025 government mandate looming. This would be a giant step backwards for a company that's already having trouble with fuel economy.
