Default Local Puget Sound Track?

I'm looking for a local track in the area that I could take my car to. Does anyone know any local ones? How much does it normally cost? Do I need to take a course/training?

This would be my first time with my stock 370z.

Thanks.

The Ridge Motorsports Park is the newest in the area. Check out there website to find which clubs are renting the track and then contact them about there requirements. I have been out several times with HOD, they have a beginner class at each of there HPDE days or the Ridge has there own classes.

GREAT VIDEO!! The lap timer is killer. Will definitely be in for this next season. What modifications did you have to do to the car to get on the track?

You don't have to do any mods to get on the track. You only need a helmet, at least half of your brake pads left and good tread on your tires.

After your first time and you start driving faster you will want to upgrade your brake pads and fluid. There are many mods you can do to make your car handle better but your car will handle the track great stock.

Come out and have some fun and enjoy driving the car for what it was built for.

Here's another video from October, won't be back out until spring

Both Pacific Raceways and The Ridge have winter programs. I think Pacific calls them test and tune days, you don't pay until you get there so if you wake up and the sun is out you go. The ridge has weather warriors program where if it looks like the weather is going to be good they schedule a day and send out an e-mail.

I can post up next time I'm headed out and we can hook up if you want.

there was a club that ran super cheap track days (like $60) at Bremerton Motorsports Park, Bremerton MotorSports Park

Can't remember the club any more but that 'track' is also a great place to learn as a first time lapper since it is a runway with plenty of run off and a course designed with cones.

I'd rather do the other 2 road courses but wouldn't rule this one out for getting your feet wet.

Found the club I had run with a few times, prices went up but still are pretty cheap for seat time.

Bremerton is not a bad place to start if you have never done any track driving and want to see how your car handles at speed but once you've driven the Ridge or Pacific Raceways you will find it boring

I've done many autocross events in the past. Never have I track a vehicle so I'm pretty excited for the next event. I can't wait to actually able to open it up and spin out..lol

Btw- any updates on next event?
