I would check craigslist or this place in Keyport has a load of used tires. I think it's called the tire place or something. It's on rt 35

What patch work? :confused: Last year no asphalt was laid around here (Hackensack) except for one avenue which is mainly doctor's offices and 3 other residential streets. Other than that the rest of this area was untouched. I would wait until all the snow melts and then after 2 or 3 heavy rains to wash off the salt until I get my car out. The way the roads are looking I guess my routes will be hwy 17, route 4 (and no the entire length) and 208 from Paramus to Franklin lakes.

Rims is bent from the monster pot hole.....:shakes head:

Is it better to repair this or buy a new/used one? Is anyone selling?

I heard you can be reimbursed for damage done on state highways, I may try to do this

Buy it. I have seen others where they "repair" their rims and stress fractures and other things develop in no time.

Don't say this because last year was the same around my neighborhood. The first year that I've legitimately seen winter craters remain untouched throughout the entire summer, all the way until next winter. If this trend continues soon I'll clean the Z and bring it into my living room as decoration, cause driving it will no longer be an option Lol...

Reason I was suggesting Sunday it that it will rain pretty much from Friday late night to very early Sunday morning.

Yeah the weather looks crappy for Friday and Saturday...guess we can have one this week on sunday and if weather is good have another next week or the week after..this is just a small get together and a reason to bring the cars out lol

Nah the one on May 2 is at english town also

Someone mentioned champion auto sport was a good place to get tires mounted a few weeks back but I forgot about it until now haha

Go to jds motoring they're maybe 2 miles past that place on rt 35. They specialize in nissan infiniti too :) tell them I sent ya.

Actually going there tomorrow for them to mount my tires in my ssr ' s :)

I originally had meet up time at 9am but since i saw that is about a 30 min drive and not everyone is always on time we will be there by around 10...i'm sure this will be an event that will get lots of cars so I changed it to meet up at 8:30 so we can be there a bit early and get good parking spots
