USAA have been doing many of their customers wrong. I don't know what is going on with them but I have found out that many service members are finding cheaper insurance coverage with other companies. When I was with USAA I knew I could get something cheaper (10 to 20 bucks per month) but that amount did not really matter to me since they could provide far better services. But nowadays I'm saving over $250 per month (yes monthly) and their services are no different than any other major insurance company. My wife's ATM card has been compromised at a rate of once every six months. I'm becoming used to receive a letter by mail stating "your card has been compromised therefore we are sending a new one soon......"
Now I'm switching completely (finances) to either BOA or TD bank.
