Where the fu*k are the twisties in NEO?

Moved to North East Ohio a few years ago from Colorado, where there is world class riding/driving EVERYWHERE!

WTF Ohio... Does anyone know of any good driving roads East of Cleveland?

Welcome to the beginning of the great plains. You need to go South or West to get any sort of decent road.

There is the triple nickel which is not in NEO, then there is the Car & Driver loop in the Hocking Hills County which is not in NEO. I have my own in which I can develop triple digit but I'm not disclosing them on a public forum like this, however, they are not exactly NEO.

If you're looking for a "world class" route in anywhere OH, you're in the wrong state ...

The roads in Ohio are definitely very straight.
I mentioned it to some Clevelanders when I was at Mid-Ohio a few years ago and they said the roads are actually pretty dangerous because they are so straight that it causes people to go to sleep. Not to mention all of the horse and buggies that you have to avoid.

I tell my riding buddies from CO. whenever I ride somewhere I can take a quick nap because the roads are so straight.

It's hilarious how many bikers there are here too, they're everywhere. (yyyyaaawn-how boring...) They have no idea.

Flat farmland is not where you are going to find a lot of twisties.

Try looking for small rivers/large streams. These often have old* roads that follow the paths of the rivers. YMMV.

*Just about any road built in the last 30 years or so is going to be devoid of twisties where possible.
