I started my 2010 roadster today, dropped the top and tried to put up the windows and the passenger side won't close/raise. So I parked it back in the garage

Passenger Side Window won't close
I started my 2010 roadster today, dropped the top and tried to put up the windows and the passenger side won't close/raise. So I parked it back in the garage and took my other car to work. Any quick (and easy) things I can try before bringing it in to a mechanic? Please bear in mind I am pretty much a beginner which it comes to car self maintenance. I was thinking check the fuse(s). After that...a bit lost. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
