What I do not understand is why do dealerships deny claims... It does not cost them anything as Nissan pays them for the parts and labor they have put into

What I do not understand is why do dealerships deny claims... It does not cost them anything as Nissan pays them for the parts and labor they have put into it.
It just makes no sense.
