there are other brands that work on the Nismo. There is one from Maoweraxle.com

Buy the Stillen and have someone cut the pipe and insert/weld about 10" of same size pipe. Works fine.

Is the tow hook receptacle metric? IIRC the attaching hardware for my Stillen bracket required metric hex wrenches. If threading such a pipe is required, it might have to be threaded for metric.
