Thanks for the reply’s guys.
I have a meeting with the service manager at 11:00 today. I’m going to demand that they replace(not refinish) the wheels, and have them pay to have the dent and the chips of paint missing from the fender professionally repaired. I guess if they will not meet the demands, then I will take it up with Nissan America. By the way, this was Nissan of Delray Beach. But before I say that they are a bad service center or anything of that nature, We will se how they handle the situation. |
