When I'm driving it says I am going 20mph when indeed I am going about 80mph. So this is the odometer correct?

So yesterday it decided to work again, and then this morning the speedometer failed again. From previous threads I'm reading, it seems to be related to the cold. But so you guys recommend bringing it to the dealership in order for them to change the appropriate parts? Seems a little silly for a 30 something thousand dollar car to have tidious issues such as these.

Don't feel to bad. I have taken my car in 3 times to have the rear hatch problem fixed and it still doesn't work right. Taking it back for the 4th time on Monday. I need to do a lemon law thing on this car. My dealer can't fix ****. Good luck! Sorry for going off topic but these cars seem to have some bugs in them.
