I bought a 2009 370z 3 days ago, but I cannot drive it because of crazy snow in this area (VA). I cleaned the snow, and I found some scratches.

Does basic warranty cover paint?
I bought a 2009 370z 3 days ago, but I cannot drive it because of crazy snow in this area (VA). I cleaned the snow, and I found some scratches. Maybe I did it by snow shovel.
Does it cover the warranty? if not, how much does it cost to paint? the scratches are about 3~4 inches..
