Once you've driven off the lot, the paint is your burden to bear save for the rare instance you can prove there was a defect like bubbling. You're on your own with scratches. Consider a dual-action buffer and some polishing compound if you can't see through to the primer or metal/plastic. Otherwise, go seek a professional shop for help.
